Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Right Rock Limited (“RightRock”, “we”), a company registered in Nigeria, and cover your use of RightRock, the cinema operations software (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the cinema business you register.

Your account

• You must give accurate details about yourself and your business, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everyone you invite to your workspace and what they do in it.
• Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Business verification

Before you can sell to the public we verify your business. We may ask for registration documents and refuse or end service if we can't verify you.

Subscription and fees

• Plans are billed monthly per location, in advance, to the card you save. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel first.
• We may charge a fee on ticket orders. Current fees are shown in your workspace before they apply.
• If a payment fails we retry for a short grace period, after which selling is paused until payment succeeds.
• You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires.

Selling to your customers

You are the seller of tickets and goods to your customers. You set your prices, refund policy and admission rules, and you are responsible for taxes on your sales and for honouring tickets sold through the Service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to interfere with its security or other customers, or to resell it without our agreement.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your sales data at any time while your account is open.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in advance. We may suspend accounts that break them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
